Everything you need to know about MetaClash’s Genesis Gateway Non-Fungible Token.

There will only ever be 300 Genesis Gateway (GG) NFT of which 50 have been set aside for later distribution, as rewards.

Soulbound

Upon minting, your Genesis Gateway will be soulbound till you’ve achieved the unlocking requirements. When minted the GGs are soulbound until requirements are met to unlock the NFT. More information on the unlocking will be provided closer to the Closed Alphatest of MetaClash: Digital Avatars of Destruction (DAD).

GG Utilities

GG holders will receive several utilities. Some, like the free mint of future paid mints, lead to an extended utility branch through said future NFT held. Below are the mentioned utilities provided to GG NFT holders at the time of writing.

1. A free mint for future paid mints.
GG holder will receive guaranteed free mint for all future paid NFT mints. Including the upcoming 8000 Genesis DAD collection, which has extensive utilities with the MetaClash:DAD game.

2. Exclusive airdrops.
As MetaClash progresses in development and partnerships, GG holders will receive various airdrops in the future. Starting with the PCORE airdrop from MetaClash’s TGE, details on how to claim it will be released closer to TGE.

3. Early Access.
Holders will receive priority access following the team in all MetaClash events. For example, they will be the first Closed Alpha testers.

Meaning: edited especially in order to obscure or remove sensitive information.
Basically there’s more, and details will be shared in due course.

There will be 2 listed groups involved in the mint, Guaranteed and FCFS, to find out which you’re in check here [insert link when ready]. Those in the Guaranteed list will have 12 hours to mint on 5th September 2024, 2pm - 2am UTC.

Those with FCFS will need to deposit 0.04ETH to reserve a spot before the mint. All remaining GG NFTs will be distributed in accordance with the reserved spots. The period is 4th September, 1PM - Sept 5th, 1PM UTC.

The ETH deposited will be returned to your wallet after the mint along with a GG NFT, if you’ve managed to secure one. This will happen at the end of the mint, 6th September 2024, 2am UTC.
